Paint is essential for both household and industrial consumption. The paint industry is classified into two sectors: Decorative and industrial. 

Decorative paints can be further divided into emulsions, enamel, distemper and cement paints. Likewise, industrial paints are bifurcated into automotive coatings, high-performance coating, powder and coil coating. 

Ink has had unique importance in our lives for centuries. From printing newspapers, magazines, business cards, photocopies and general printouts to printing clothes, crockeries, blankets etc., ink is one of our everyday ingredients. Ink can either be liquid or in the form of a paste. The further bifurcation of ink is- writing and printing ink.
